These terms cover your use of Circles during the invite-only beta. They are a working draft and will be replaced by full terms before general availability. By using Circles you agree to the following.
The beta
Circles is early software offered on an “as is” basis. Features may change, break, or disappear, and data may occasionally be reset while we build. Please don’t rely on it as your only copy of anything important yet.
Your account
Access is invite-only. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for the content you post. Keep your sign-in link private — anyone with it can access your account.
Acceptable use
- Don’t post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Don’t harass other members or disrupt their Circles.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms or put other members at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display your content to the members of the Circles you share it in, and to operate features like digests and search.
